Following our email of Wednesday 21st January, we would like to report that after careful consultation with both eBay and PayPal we will start to refund all transactions that have not been shipped.
THIS MEANS ANY CLIENT WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED A “CONFIRMATION OF EXPEDITED SHIPPING” EMAIL OR A “CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING” EMAIL WILL BE REFUNDED.
All outstanding refunds will be completed within 24 hours of this notice (11am GMT)
We profusely apologize for this most serious service interruption and would like to remind all our clients that we are staying in business and will resume all normal services shortly.

Dear Valued Clients of eBay Site Indochinagems
We are extremely disappointed to report to you that both eBay and PayPal has taken steps to 1] restrict our both finances and 2] delist all our auctions on indochinagems
The result of this unilateral decision will create huge damage to both our eBay site and company as panicking clients assume we have gone under and start to cancel paid for pending orders, shipped and / or agreed orders, and start to pile negatives on to our site.
eBay’s reasons for restricting our site is 1] non compliance of money laundering laws, and 2] suspicion of shill-bidding. We enclose four links that are images culled from our email and PayPal accounts. You can see how PayPal and eBay have nudged our company into the abyss.
Our finances have been restricted to 1700GBP per year, or 2200USD per year. For a company that sells in excess of USD1,500,000 per annum this is a total disaster. You can see how they removed all our listings which has precipitated a collapse of client confidence
